As a first time buyer, I was a little weary from horror stories I'd heard from friends and their experiences. But my experience with Bryce was anything but that! What I like about Bryce is that he listened! As I explained my dream home and environment, he knew exactly where to search. And he did not stop, until he found it! This guy is so very patient, as well! So glad he's a dog person, because I brought mine to every viewing. After all, Bryce says, "she's going to be living there too"! He was very courteous, with a great sense of humor. It was like hanging out with a friend, showing me homes! And I am now a homeowner so very happy with the home Bryce found for me. It is more than I expected and I feel fortunate to have had a very pleasant experience searching for my dream home! Bryce is the Bomb!

I’m 68 years old and have interacted with a lot of realtors. And Bryce Henderson has been the best. I could call him 24/7 day or night even on weekends. And when the sellers would not help with most of the repairs, Bryce paid for plumbers to change the shut off valves and lines in the kitchen and  bathroom. He also paid a tree cutting crew to cut the tree limbs over the house. He personally came over and helped with my outdoor water drip system. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a very good realtor.
